ATRIC Developments accelerates the constructions of BOHO El Sokhna, reaching 70%

With credibility and commitment to its clients, ATRIC Developments announced the acceleration of construction rates of its flagship BOHO project in Ain Sokhna reaching 70%.

CCO of ATRIC Developments, Mohamed Khattab, said that the company pays great attention to the accelerated construction rates of all its projects, in order to fulfill its contracts with customers. Moreover, the company also precedes time in some projects, as BOHO Sokhna, where the first phase will operate in October.
Khattab pointed out that the company’s strategy based on constructing projects in parallel with its marketing is one of pillars in which the company operates and has proven the effectiveness and success of ATRIC in the recent period that witnessed high cost of raw materials.
He disclosed that companies that marketed their projects before beginning their constructions faced a large price gap between selling price and construction cost.
Furthermore, ATRIC Developments plans to begin handing over the project next December, he said, added that construction will begin in a hotel within the project by the end of this year. BOHO El Sokhna comprises 300 units of varying sizes between townhouses, chalets, villas and duplexes. The company is cooperating with YBA Architects as a project consultant.
The project features distinctive designs and a great diversity in unit sizes including chalets with spaces ranging from 40 sqm to 150 sqm, he noted, highlighted that all units are delivered fully finished with air-conditioning. Moreover, the project is located on terraces that ensure a direct view of most of the units on the sea.
BOHO El Sokhna project has a depth of 350 meters and a beach width of 250 meters. A variety of services are available in the project, most notably 10 different swimming pools, restaurants, cafes and safe recreational areas for children, in addition to tennis and volleyball courts, windsurfing, and 24-hour security and guarding services.
The company’s CCO revealed its plan to launch new units within the project next September, coinciding with the participation in Cityscape Egypt exhibition, expecting a strong demand for the new units due to the company’s reputation, besides, the project construction rates that support its credibility and its promises to customers.
Accelerating construction rates is very important, especially during the current period, in order to overcome high cost of construction works as well as to maintain confidence of the company’s customers in it. Accordingly, construction work is the biggest evidence of a company with strong solvency, long experience and credibility with clients, he concluded.
